مؤسسة صدى الأحداث للإعلام تدين استمرار سلسلة مجازر العدوان البشعة بحق الشعب اليمني .

نص البيان :

في سلسلة مِـن المجازر البشعة والجديدة التي ترتكبها يوميا ًطائرات التحالف السعودي الإماراتي الأمريكي بِحق الشعب اليمني .. حيث استهدف طيران العدوان الأمريكي السعودي مخيمات النازحين بمديرية الحالي بمحافظة الحديدة والتي أدت إلى استشهاد 14 مواطناً واصابة 9 اخرين بينهم نساء واطفال كحصيلة اولية .

وهذا هو ما يعد انتهاكاً جسيماً للقانون الدولي الإنساني الذي يجرم استهداف المدنيين الأبرياء ، كما أن الطبيعة المدنية الصرفة لمكان الجرائم والعدد المُريع للضحايا يؤكد تعمد استمرار قوات التحالف السعودي انتهاك مبادئ وقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني منها مبدأ الإنسانية ، ومبدأ التمييز ، ومبدأ التناسب ، وهو ما جعل هذه الجرائم ترقى الى جرائم حرب وضد الإنسانية و امتداداً لسلسلة جرائم الحرب والإبادة التي ارتكبها طيران التحالف السعودي بحق المدنيين في اليمن على مدى أكثر من (1000) يوماً من العدوان على اليمن .

ونحن في مؤسسة صدى الأحداث للإعلام والتنمية ، ندين ونستنكر وبِأشد العبارات هذة المجازر و نُطالب مجلس الأمن والمُنظمات الدولية والقانونية والحقوقية بسرعة التصدي لإيقاف الضربات الجوية والإِجرامية التي يتم أرتكابها مِن العدوان على المواطنين الأبرياء ..

ومِن جانب آخر تحمل المؤسسة السعودية وتحالفها المسؤولية عن كُل الجرائم التي تستهدف المدنيين وتطالب بالتحقيق والمُساءلة الجنائية لقيادات التحالف وجميع من يثبت تورطهم في هذه الجرائم ، كما تحمل منظمة الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن مسؤولية صمتها المخزي وتنصلها عن واجباتها مما شجع التحالف السعودي على الإستمرار في ارتكاب المزيد من جرائم الحرب بحق المدنيين في اليمن.

هذا و تجدد المؤسسة مُناشدتها للمُجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الحقوقية والإنسانية وجميع شرفاء وأحرار العالم إلى تحمل مسؤولياتهم الأخلاقية والإنسانية في مناصرة الشعب اليمني المظلوم وإدانة الجرائم المروعة المرتكبة من قبل التحالف السعودي والضغط على منظمة الأمم المتحدة وتحديداً مجلس الأمن للقيام بواجبهم القانوني والأخلاقي في حماية المدنيين وإيقاف الحرب وجميع أشكال العدوان ، كما نجدد دعوتنا إلى تشكيل لجنة تحقيق دولية محايدة للتحقيق في جميع الجرائم والمجازر المُرتكبة من قوات التحالف السعودي بحق المدنيين.

Statement of condemnation/Sada Al-Ahdath foundation for media and development condemns the contaious horribble massacers that committed by the American Saudi-led coalition aganist Yemeni people.Today Monday a new massacer has committed by saudi-led coalition by targeting IDP camps in Alhoddaidah governorate.
In series of the saudi-led coalition massacres that committed everday aganist Yemeni people that led to kill 14 people and 9 others were injured including women and childern as primacy counting.
It consider a grave violation of the international humanitarian rights law, which prohibits attacking the innocent civilians, places of the crimes which is
residential places, the huge number of victims, the continuously crimes and destruction that had been committed by the Saudi – America air force for more than 1000 days against civilians asserts that the Coalition of the Saudi – American intend to violate the principles and rules of the internat

Here in Sada Al-Ahdath foundation we condemn and deplores in strongest terms these massacres and we demand the international humanitarian and legal organizations to stop this horrible attacking against innocent civilians by the Saudi – American aggression.

In the other hand KSA and its coalition take the responsibility for all these crimes that targeting civilians and we demand investigation and criminal questioning for the coalition leaders and all those who are involved in these crimes. United nation take the responsibility for promoting the coalition of Saudi – American to continue committing more and more crimes against civilians in Yemen by its shameful silence.

We reappeal to the international community , the moral ,humanitarian organizations and all the honourable and free people of the world to support oppressed Yemeni people and condemn the horrible crimes that are committed by coalition of Saudi – American. We appeal to the security council to Compels the united nation to do its moral and legal duties, to protect civilians and to stop the war and all types of aggression.
We demand constitution of a neutral international investigation commission to investigate all these horrible crimes against Yemeni people.

At the end of the statement we pray to god the mercy for those who had been killed and the recovery for those who had been injured .
